Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is included on every order, to anywhere we ship.

Delivery time

Each kit is built to order. Please allow about 2 weeks from order to delivery for most destinations. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your kit ships.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties and taxes may apply. Where available, these are calculated and collected at checkout so nothing extra is due on delivery. If they are not shown at checkout for your country, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 4 weeks of shipping, contact us at shifthard.store@gmail.com and we will make it right.
