Refund policy

Built to order

Every ShiftHard kit is built to your selected car, materials and accent colour, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check fitment before ordering, and message us your VIN if you are unsure. We will confirm it for you.

Damaged, defective or wrong part

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, or does not fit a car we confirmed before purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shifthard.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, before your kit goes into production.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
